The outdoor area of MESSE ESSEN covers a total of some 20,000 sq.m. On the one hand, it can be used as a logistics area for stand construction and dismantling, on the other, as an exhibition area or for special events.

The areas are made of block paving or asphalt with the necessary gradient to remove rainwater. The area has general street and path lighting when it gets dark. Utility connections are available to a limited extent.

The outdoor areas II and IV are surrounded by high trelliswork covered in greenery, thus creating a very special ambiance and an appealing appearance.

You reach the fairgrounds through the entrance gates 1 to 7.
